The truth behind unbalanced living


If one part of our  body is out of alignment, it actually pulls every single other part of our body along with it.

It’s much like many things in life…

If we are working too hard and not nourishing our bodies with healthy food, meditation and exercise, we will be unbalanced.

If we rid ourselves of doing the things that we love and make us feel creative and inspired (because we feel we should be focusing on more “important” things), we will be unbalanced.

So it’s important to regularly check in with yourself.

And are there other areas of your life that could do with a little more love?

I’ll leave you to ponder that answer today.
