Democracy without Opposition

No government can be long secure without a formidable opposition (Benjamin Disraeli – 1st Earl of Beacons-field).

The absence of opposition encourages complacency.  It cannot be safe for any government to exist without opposition.  The ground for tyranny is watered when there is no place for opposition. When this occurs, the rule of law becomes the prime casualty, with society becoming unsafe for the leader and the led.

In every country, there exist two major pathways; the government in power and the opposition.  Opposition should be given free space to bloom and treated with respect.

Why Jack O'Connell is Going to be the Next Big Thing

Jack O'Connell's career reaching the breaking point. Every day, the beats of his career gets a little louder, a little more set to explode. The 24-year-old actor is still largely unknown in America by the populace, but audiences in the UK know him well. He's one of England's shining young stars — the next Tom Hardy, who has already shown at a young age what it means to have intelligence and talent "beyond your years."

Albert Einstein's quotes

Learn from yesterday,
Live for today,
Hope for tomorrow.
The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Try not to become a man of success,
But rather try to become a man of value.

We cannot solve our problems with the same
thinking we used when we created them.

Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again
and expecting different results.

A person who never made a mistake never
tried anything new.

The only reason for time is so that everything
doesn’t happen at once

Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
