This 2014 Centenary Edition of Golden Heart Foundation
National Youth Summit in Abuja is expected to host about 5000 Nigerian youths (drawn
from all the 774 local government areas of the country) and their counterparts from some
African countries from 24th to 27th September.
The Vice President of the Foundation, Mr. Norbert Onaga told
journalists in Abuja the participants in the summit tagged ‘Generational Shift:
Emergence of Transformational Leaders' will be trained on leadership quality
and other empowerment programmes.
Onaga said the group believed that no greater time exists
for the entire nation to reflect on the gains of the past and make a firm decision
to inculcate the values, ethics and skills required for the nation’s positive
and progressive transformation into the youths.
